Tallulah Gorge State Park in Georgia

Tallulah Gorge State Park

An iconic attraction in North Georgia is the Tallulah Gorge, a 1000-foot deep and 2 miles long canyon that’s been around for millions of years. Hike the rim trails leading to several overlooks, and if you’re feeling adventurous, get a permit to hike to the gorge floor. Another spectacular vista point is from the suspension bridge 80 feet above the rocky bottom, where you can best enjoy the view of the river and Tallulah Falls.
