Chef Bill Wilder is Executive Chef for Glen-Ella Springs Inn. Bill worked in the hospitality and service industry for more than 20 years mastering practically every facet of a restaurant before deciding to attend Le Cordon Bleu where he graduated with honors in 2005. He continued to advance his culinary skills working with top rated restaurateurs such as The Fifth Group’s Bold American Catering and The Peasant Corporation both in Atlanta, GA.
Bill came to work at Glen-Ella in January 2012 and brings not only a highly developed ability, but a strong desire to retain the very best of Glen-Ella Springs while continuing to introduce guests to new culinary experiences through his nightly specials. Being an avid golfer, his time away from the kitchen is usually spent on the golf course, with music and comedy running a close second to his favorite past time activities.
