Reservations: A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations: Must be made 7 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is received within 7 days of your arrival, your credit card will be charged the equivalent of 1 nights lodging, to include applicable sales tax.
Payment: All major credit cards and cash are accepted.
Taxes: 6% state sales tax and 5% county hotel/motel tax are added to each room charge.
Alcoholic Beverages: Beer and wine service is available in our restaurant. Guests are permitted to BYOB their favorite beverage to enjoy in their room, on the porches, in the Garden House, or by the pool.
Restaurant Hours: Breakfast is served between 8:30am and 10:00am. Our restaurant is open most evenings beginning at 5:30 pm however there are times we may be closed. Please contact the inn directly or visit www.opentable.com to confirm the restaurants availability if you plan to dine with us during your visit.
Pet Policy: Although we love pets and have a dog and cat on property, our guest rooms are not pet friendly.
Additional People & Children: Our Bed and Breakfast has 4 family friendly rooms. If you have more than two people in your room, an extra charge of $15 per person per night, plus tax will be added to your bill. Please contact the Inn directly for reservations when traveling with children.
Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and enclosed common areas are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in open-air areas only.
