Between the live music and the lederhosen, you’ll be ready to get on your feet to for a spin or two around the floor. The waltz, polka and the Chicken Dance are festival favorites!
After a turn or two around the dance floor, be sure to grab a seat at one of the long rows of tables and enjoy a Bratwurst on a roll with your beverage of choice. Enjoy a traditional meal complete with red cabbage, sauerkraut, German potato salad and save room for a Bavarian Pretzel! The long rows of tables are perfect for accommodating large groups and enjoying a family-style experience.
The Helen Festhalle is set up with several taps and various choices for the traditional beverage during Oktoberfest: beer! Purchase your Bavarian-style beer in a themed stein and receive discounted refills. Other beverages are available, including domestic beer and wine, soft drinks and coffee. There is usually an outdoor Biergarten at the Festhalle, as well.
