1. Clarkesville to Highlands, NC

Once the site of a gold rush, the Dahlonega Museum Historic Site is located along this scenic highway of North Georgia to provide visitors with activities like gold panning and sightseeing. Continue along this course to the Vogel State Park in the Chattahoochee National Forest, one of the loveliest scenic places in Georgia. There, you’ll be able to enjoy hiking, hunting, or fishing.
