About Fern Valley on the Soque
Fern Valley on the Soque offers so much more than productive fly fishing; this family-owned company also offers plenty of heart and soul! When Glad and Marty Simmons moved to their home on Highway 197 overlooking the Soque River, they fell in love with it and wanted to share that special place with everyone. The couple vowed to be good stewards of the land they so cherished, and Fern Valley on the Soque was born! The Simmons family offers fly fishing on their half-mile trout stream in Clarkesville as well as amenities like walking trails, picnic tables, fire pits, and swings.
