1. Mountain Laurel Festival | May
This annual festival is a highly anticipated tradition in the town of Clarkesville! The Mountain Laurel Festival features a parade, food vendors, crafts, games, and so much more! Many of our guests come back each spring to attend this iconic festival!
2. Dillard Bluegrass and Barbeque Festival | July-August
Great live music and delicious southern barbecue await at the Dillard Bluegrass and Barbecue Festival! Since 1997, this fest has brought people together over catchy bluegrass tunes and an amazing barbecue competition. It’s a great opportunity to discover some new favorite artists!
3. Grape Stomping Festival | September
Celebrate with Paradise Hills Vineyard and enjoy an old-world style grape stomp! At this festival, there’s plenty of local wine, tasty food, and entertaining activities to enjoy. You’ll never forget experiencing winemaking the way it was done in the days of old!
4. A Taste of Clarkesville | September
A Taste of Clarkesville has been named in the Top 20 Events by the Southeast Tourism Society, so it’s no surprise that our guests love it! This annual event brings local restaurants and wineries together for a celebration of North Georgia’s signature food and beverage scene. At this festival, you’ll enjoy food and wine tastings, beer gardens, live music, door prizes, and so much more. Every year, A Taste of Clarkesville is held in the Downtown Clarkesville Square between noon and 3:00 p.m.
